Shipping policy

We currently ship non-perishable products (such as merchandise, packaging, and ingredients) across New Zealand using NZ Couriers.

Shipping Rates

• See our shipping rates at checkout, we have a flat rate per zone and up to 10kg. 

• Shipping is free for orders over $200

Delivery Timeframes

• North Island: 1–2 business days, cut off is Wednesday delivery

• South Island: 2–3 business days, cut off is Tuesday for same week delivery

• Rural addresses may take an extra 1–2 days

• Orders received after cut off will be couriered on the first day of the following week.

Please note: We do not currently ship our freshly baked goods, except for canelés and macarons.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday. If your order is placed before 12pm, we’ll aim to send it out the same day. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday and weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day of the following week.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
